I own this piece!?

Ok I know it is going to sound gross, but for awile similar to a long time there have been a samll bump underneath my nostril and it's not a zit, believe me I have tryed popping it, eww I know, and it's not a wart. I notice today it has for a time black dot in it. It reall grosses me out, and it's noticable, so I be wandering if anyone knew what it be and how I can get rid of it. gratefulness a lot, sorry for the gross story!I own this piece!?
Go and bring it removed by a doctor. It's easy, out of harm`s way and not painful at adjectives.
