I have need of practical support to treat acerbic reflux!!?

My boyfriend has really doomed to failure acid reflux to the point where on earth all he can do to touch better for a while is throw up! I've read of thousands of people have this same problem and we've tried a lot of different things that don't come across to help. Prescriptions resembling Nexium, or Previcid, or otc drugs like Pepcid, or Tagament don't even touch it! Can someone assistance?I have need of practical support to treat acerbic reflux!!?

I chew a couple of Calcium Antacid tablets. Fruity flavor and over the counter. Works for me.
Maybe he should walk and see a doctor if this has be going on for sometime , he could have a hiatus hernia.
Has he tried Prilosec? It worked for my husband.
Sounds approaching he needs to see a doctor. There are test that can determine if a serious digestive problem exists, and if Nexium and Pepcid don't help, he must hold a serious problem and perhaps even requests surgery.
Self help tips: changeover in diet, no cola, no caffeine, no fried foods. Don't put away for 3 hours before going to bed. Don't lay down after consumption.
Nexium should be taken an hour before intake, by the way.
This could be a sign of a serious medical condition. Please telephone your doctor and make him budge...
