Try some rime, call the hospital and cooperate to a nurse... you're obviously allergic to it. Sometimes that can be serious.
Seek medical attention surrounded by case it spreads.

It sounds like an allergic antipathy, so you should probably go to your local pharmacy and purchase some OTC antihistamine.
The first entry that I would do is to discontinue your use of that skin lotion and put some a 'soothing cream' on your face. Sometimes, I only massage my obverse... it usually makes the swelling budge. If for some reason that your obverse is red and swollen for an extended period of time, see a dermatologist right away.

it means within are certain substances surrounded by the lotion you are allergic to. why not try taking anti-histamines?or any anti-allergy medications? Iterax?Virlix? if it still persist, seek for the doctor's serve..specifically a dermatologist...maybe you enjoy sensitive skin so you should not use just any munificent of topical lotions or creams..before doing so, ask first your doctor if you are not allergic to it.
