I hold this sore that I thought be pimple but it have pus within it and in a minute it's a hole within my skin. What is it?

I had this red bumb on my skin that I thought be a zit. So I squeezed it and nothing come out. Then it filled up next to pus. I popped it and now it's resembling this hole. I put some medicine on it and stuff. Does it nouns like an ingrown down?I hold this sore that I thought be pimple but it have pus within it and in a minute it's a hole within my skin. What is it?
It could be an ingrown hair, a philosophical zit, etc. I wouldn't run to the doctor over one little bump unless it continues to give you problems.

I have one too--the whole pus pocket popped out and not here a hole? If so, my grandma said mine was a boil...
