Your probably simply sick. Rest and I'm sure you will be feeling better soon. But if you surface like this isn't a run of the mill cold, then I would perchance call my doctor or if you really be aware of that something's wrong, go to the Emergency Room. But if I be you I would just lurk it out, drink plenty of fluids, all that polite stuff. Hope you feel better.
It's probably the beginnings of dementia. Better check yourself into an old-fashioned folks home pronto!
You need to catch to the Dr. tomorrow and have them check you. You probabley a moment ago have a big sinus infection. They suck. You can't focus straight, ears and nostril block and you sound funny to others. Classic signs. Go and return with some antibiotics and get okay, summer is almost here and sinus infection in summer is the worst! Good Luck and be aware of better!
Try Muccinex DM. It's like a high-powered over the counter decongestant. Was recommended to me not long ago when I be sick with similar symptoms and it worked great.
However if you don't grain significantly better in a time or so you proabably should see a doctor just to be sure it's something minor, but sounds approaching it probably is.
