corn starch "paste". Just corn starch and a little bit of wet to form a paste afterwards apply it to the affected areas.
Think babies my dear! Johnson & Johnson own a baby powder for prickly roast, and you might want to try some of the ointments they enjoy for babies too. I'm not too sure about the ointment because all my kid stuff is in Chinese but I'm pretty sure they hold something for it.
