i have varicocele on my leaft testicle which is a bunch of vains and its a problem for me because when i try to quality my leaft testicle for a lump i cant the veins are blocking me and if i push too much within it hurts sometimes even for a day. any suggestions please? i own to be able to check for cancer but i cant.I NEED HELP please?
Varicocele (a collection of life-size veins, usually within the left scrotum, that feel like a pack of worms) is present in the adjectives position and should empty surrounded by the supine position. Incompetent venous valves result within dilation and venous stasis. Surgery may be indicated if it is symptomatic (eg, pain, a impression of fullness) or associated with infertility. Treatment may be recommended within children if there is a distinct decrease within testis size on the affected side.
Testicular cancer begin as a scrotal mass, which may be painful. Diagnosis is by ultrasonography and biopsy. Treatment is beside orchiectomy and sometimes lymph node dissection, sometimes followed by radiation therapy and chemotherapy, depending on histology and stage. (Merck)

The most comfortable way that I know of is to check your testicles while within the shower using soap as a lubricant. Of course if you are checking yourself when dry you may want to try some KY Jel.
