well doctors told me that one surrounded by 700 born with a single kidney ,bt i m really worried ,does have single kidney have any consequencesI m 25 and lately discover that i own single kidney by birth?
My son be born with one ideal kidney and one bad kidney. The desperate kidney was removed when he be little and he is 26 now and have never had any condition problems. You really only inevitability one kidney, but having two basically provides a backup in travel case of illness or injury. I did read that a slightly superior chance of hypertension occur in a human being with one kidney, but not a big enough risk to plan for interventions against it.
Consequences? Well you can never become a kidney donor and it is advise that you avoid rough contact sports or any behavior that could cause injury to your kidney.
perchance in the long run...but to be honest, it is congenital, which mode you were born near it, so you body has most possible compensated accordingly.
Your body is amazing and can do amazing things.
Lots of empire live a full, long life beside no complications from having solitary one kidney. If it took until you were 25 to find out, you know this is true. Just live your duration and forget about it unless your doctor told you otherwise.
