I hold tons of spots on my arm, how can i bring rid of them?

There are hundreds of spots, and they are all extremely small but bumpy so its uncomplicated to spot and see them.I hold tons of spots on my arm, how can i bring rid of them?
This is called Keratosis Pilaris, I go thru hell looking for this information a few years ago. Couldn't find it easily on the pattern as I didn't have a moniker for it.
Many people hold it but never know what it is or how to cure it.
omg i ahve them too they are like white but i know if i spend time within the sun it really helps so try that it can work it doesn't spawn them go away compleatly but it make your arms smoother and also try some scrub w/ a lofa it smooths it down i went to a skin doctor and they only told me that they didn't know what it was and to pt lotion on it so that be 5 yrs ago and i put lotion on everyday 2x a day and that didn't abet, good luck you may wanna step to a skin doctor they might be able to assist you a little more
