I enjoy this white bubble - almost a whitehead - growing on my eyelash it isn't a stye,what is it?

I have have it for atleast a month and though it's not terribly clear to others, it is to me.What I also find to be disturbing is the fact that near may be another one growing underneath my other eye.Should I be worried?I enjoy this white bubble - almost a whitehead - growing on my eyelash it isn't a stye,what is it?
