I contemplate the grill is fine. The reason they don't want you to munch through fried foods is because of all the grease and grease. As long as you don't us too much butter in your food it should be fine. George foreman grills are nice for homes too, they drain the flabby and the food comes out great.
the grill is okay as the fat go into the fire ,not your tummy
It's really a question of flab / calories. Chose meats that are lean, but I guess grilling is a good cooking method.

The grill is fine. The reason to avoid fried foods is because of adjectives the fat. You don't own that with grilling.
