So i went to the clinic a few weeks ago and i have Bacterial Vaginosis. It was nought to me because i've had it earlier but they gave me a 3 afternoon supposatory and i could have sex after he tablets was done. This time the clinic give me oral medicine call metronidazole tablets. i didnt really read the paper they give to me (silly me!!) and i began to bring the medicine. Yesterday be my first day taking the pills and today i have sex. The paper say not to have sex until 10 days AFTER the tablets is completed. with me have sex before the tablets was complete, will i own to stop the medication or will i get sick. Most importantly will the medication be unaffective? Or because i have sex so early surrounded by the medication, will it not really affect it?I only just found out the directions told me not to hold sex... but i did =-\ what is going to start immediately??!?!?!
Its fine they tell you not to enjoy sex because of the possibility of the infection worsening, or spreading inside the body. Just continue to thieve your medication also that antibiotic can lessen the effectiveness of the birth control pill. If after you are done next to the antibiotic and you still have signs of the infection return to your Dr. But it should be fine since you purely started it I also can not stress enough to finish adjectives pills!

Hey, first of all I am a guy. but my wife have a "BV" which I guess is similar to a UTI. The only side affect would be that the meds might not work fully. There isnt really anything too fruitless that will happen. You of late have to return with some more meds!
I doubt the act of sex would diminish the medicine's potency since it's oral. I'm thinking the caution are for the partner if anything. Who needs germs on their stuff.
