I my niece is 22 and suffering near dizzy spells and have lost audible range audible range loss within one hear no infection?

she does not have any infections of the ear or any wrong to her drum, helpI my niece is 22 and suffering near dizzy spells and have lost audible range audible range loss within one hear no infection?
Meniere's Disease can result in these symptoms especially if sh has ringing or buzzing nouns in her ear. She should most unambiguously see a ENT
Doc is missing something. Sounds like an inner ear infection.
I would insist on her to see a neurologost or an ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat Specialist) who will perform audible range tests and possibly a brain MRI with contrast to take home sure there are no tumors. My Dad be losing hearing within one ear and went to the doctor and the found he have an acoustic neuroma which is a infrequent tumor in the inner ear growing not far from his brain. Luckily we enjoy one of the best Neurologists in Phoenix and they be able to complete microscopic surgery to safely remove the tumor contained by his inner ear. Good luck.
What a lousy doctor. You should check the doctor again, and tell him/her the problem. Your niece may hold an inner ear infection.
she needs to see a specialist...an ear, muzzle and throat doc-referred to as an ENT
could be negative pressure contained by her head cause by a sist in the ear. this can produce hearing loss and also dizziness. There also is a indiscriminate that something is wrong neurologically. and if she doesnt have a ear infection nearby is something wrong with her brain.you should recount her to go to a Neuro doctor and receive checked out.
