Could this be something serious? I have no other symptoms at this time. It's be out for two days now. Do I involve to visit the doctor or are in that any home remedies to try? I'm leaving for time off on Monday and really would like to enjoy it back! :)

Go to doctor ASAP, it could'nt be something serious, but if left unchecked it could be repulsive, and a fast intervention could speed up your retrieval.
Drink a lot, and try to avoid any attempt to force vocalization until you see a doc.
look first try to drink worm marine with limon and devour some honey if it dosent work go to the doctor & see whats going on
I enjoy no idea but i do suggest the doctor!
