And contained by case you aren't fond of reading stuff, the answer is yes.
You can be allergic to anything. Sperm is deeply proteins and lots of people enjoy allergies to foods, such as dairy products and protein-enriched foods.
If it bothers you try not to swallow.
On a serious note sperm have been shown to enjoy adverse reactions surrounded by humans. It usually results in anomalous growth then manifest itself as a mini human. It takes at lowest 18 years of daily treatments to handle this disease. Even then sometimes they return when you least possible expect them for life.
Possible, because sperm is a protein. Go see an Allergist who will get something done a skin test or a RAST trial (Allergen-specific IgE antibody test). Typically, immune deficiencies are not related to human contact. Most of the time allergies are any seasonal or perennial (year-round). Seasonal are associated with pollens, perennial, are things approaching molds and dust mites. As humans, we are more prone to dog and cat allergies. It is not common to enjoy an allergic reaction toward humans.
I doubt it, but if your partner is taking a prescription that you are allergic to, you can react from it consequently.
