Sorry you were told wrong... it's passed through blood and bodily fluids.. as you know within is always fluid and if htere is any small break contained by the skin there is a approach for it to be transmitted... not to mention the hole that everything runs out of.. goes straight up into your urethra and is completely permeable... fluids can pass hindmost and forth there as okay...
