I own these bumps...?

i have these bumps on my spinal column. ive gone to the doctor before around it even a dermatoligist and they dont really know what they are. they say scar. but some are big. and nothing happen. and they are a big reddish purpleish bump.I own these bumps...?
That sounds approaching scarring related to a kind of acne that can be really low... so much so that it doesn't ever come to a head and might singular hurt for a little while when the skin is drawn tight. If you can touch the bump and quality a hard moveable place i.e. a ball of mutilation tissue... it is not harmful but if it is distressing to you becuase of the instrument it looks you can have an trouble-free little surgical removal in which your doctor will make a contribution you a shot of lidocaine to numb the area and afterwards use a little hole punch tool that only chips that ball right out and after one or two stiches and that's all! He will possible want to send the tissue to a pathology lab at that point (it's REALLY unlikely that it would be anything but since you get it removed, why not test and check it out, perchance see why that happened)
otherwise you can use a scar reducing solution over the counter (neosporin and nevea both hold great products) to take some of the redness/purple away from it... although that will not possible help next to the elevation of the skin...
Good luck, I hope this works out for you
Look up some pictures of folliculitis. That might be what it is.
it's called a sebacitious syst. I have one before; you basically gotta wait a few days and pop it close to a pimple
