please help my docter have told me nothing apart from i call for a operation has anyone have this done if so please tell me just about it how long does it take to rest e.c.t. ?

other seek at lowest 3 different opinion for surgery as some aggressive surgeons want to a short time ago cut you open for walking into their clinic lol...I am kid but some do come close to that..

Be particular...I also have mild to moderate scoliosis and be diagnosed 36 yrs ago and I am doing anything I want and I did not have surgery. I dont know the severity of your luggage but I would seek another assessment. I have worked within the medical field for a thoroughly long time and doctors love to do surgery when there can be alternative choices. There are alot of exercises you can do to strengthen your final. I have done this my entire time and I have no restrictions..but you own to be consistent. Please get another view or even two and then get your decision.
