I enjoy something contained by my ear?

Hi
For about a month or so here has be a spot or some sort of scab in my ear.
I notice this when I had an itchy ear and picked it by luck which was extremely stinging. It looks like a spot next to blood around the outside.
I cant touch inside my ear.
I am worried though about what it might be.

your skin surrounded by your ear isnt as moisturized as normally, return with some good mosturizer, and put it on nearby after you shower.
