I hold sinusitis and my lower lip is twitching. WTF?

Why is my lip twitching. I have sinusitis but when I lay down, my bottom lip starts approaching twitching together. I thought it was close to a heart beat, but I get up and looked in the mirror and sure plenty it was moving on it's own.

There might be pressure on Fascial Nerve within the middle ear , provided you have involvment of the ear next to the sinusitis. It is not uncommon to own involvment of ears with a sinus infection . The ears be aware of stuffy and soar.
Advice ; Treat the sinus infection and the twitching in your lip should resolve. Otherwise see an ENT specialist.
You might call for some anitbiotics , antihistamines with decongestants and nasal spray .
