I hold small red bumps on the top fleshy wad of my vagina, what could it be?

they are not near or around my vaginal entrance, they do not hurt or itch, nor do they hold heads similar to zits or ingrown hairs. they appeared the sunday after my thursday gyno apt. i enjoy not had sex and they enjoy been nearby for about three and 1/2 weeks in a minute, any ideas or adjectives skin infections it ould be?I hold small red bumps on the top fleshy wad of my vagina, what could it be?
I had one once... it be like, the size of my clit and kinda close to it. I didn't jump to the doctor.. only prayed, ...and after a few days it go away, and yeah it was within for a couple weeks. I wouldn't say to verbs about it too much, it doesn't nouns like it could be an STD. So it probably's some sort of infection, purely make sure you maintain real verbs down there... budge to the doctor if you really need to.

It could be anything, but if you are young and they are especially tiny, it may be normal (maybe some dryness or counterattack to soaps from bathing or laundry detergent?).
