Possibly herpes or it could even be a symptom of inferior syphilis (rare but possible). Have you had any other symptoms?
On the other paw it may just be a yeast or fungal infection but don't risk it worsening or ratification it.
Better you know and treat it now that of late hope it just go away and regret it later.
