tinactin works best...they make sprays and creams.
I don't see why not, both are fungal infections. I cogitate there is an over the counter cream stuff call "Tinactin" that is used for both problems, so the Lamisal should work too.
You can try some blue star blue unguent as it have be used for this condition and somewhat helpful. You can buy it at any pharmacy.
