Salt?? Used to be iodine and baby grease. Why not just spray on some Pam? Seriously, you are not a turkey! Tanning comes from the melatonin within your skin, not basting your carcass. The answer is no.
Only if you add lots of sun.
Well, it without a doubt helps a turkey draw from crispy in the oven. Baking yourself surrounded by the sun will probably work too.
A mixture of baby grease and salt absolutely affects sun tanning because it increases the amount of UV radiation your skin absorbs, so it can confidently burn you to a crisp, and its is worse than using nothing. You also can buy commercial tanning oil. IF you want to get a sunburn over a period of a few days, you are better stale using a sunscreen with a importance around 8 instead of oil. It is of late too easy to overdo it next to oil.
If you rub something beside oil and brackish, and put it under the broiler, it will turn brown. But unless you want to pop yourself lower than the broiler, it won't turn you brown. There are easier ways. For example you can buy products that color your skin and make it appear as though you enjoy a tan. All sorts of moisturizers and foundation creams today hold these products in them as capably, so you can be as brown as you wish, lacking ever setting foot outdoors. Or under the broiler.
I don't know if it will offer you a tan, but it does nouns like a honourable starter for skin cancer.
ditto on the skin cancer thing, tangible tans aren't in anymore. buy some skin darken lotion or spray on tan. if you do that adjectives oil and saline thing, you would deserve to achieve skin cancer and then be prevented from the sun for the rest of your days
