I of late found out that I own low triglycerides. Is this a problem?

My triglyceride level is 59. The chart said over 64 be normal. However, my LDL is for a moment high at 106, and my total isn't spectacular at 182. My HDL is 64. Is nearby a doc in the house next to a professional opinion?I of late found out that I own low triglycerides. Is this a problem?
Congratulations, you're going to live forever! Seriously, that's a low risk cholesterol profile from the standpoint of cardiovascular disease. Remember that the definition of "normal" for lab test is just "the array that 95% of healthy population fall into." While it *is* possible to enjoy low triglycerides for pathologic reasons (malnutrition, *extremely* low overweight diet, or malabsorption), in your suitcase it's probably that you've chosen your parents well and are at low risk for cardiac disease (or are taking cholesterol meds). Incidentally, an LDL of 106 isn't "a moment or two high" - it's well below the average for untreated Americans, which hovers around 135. What may be confusing you is that the target for analysis if you have diabetes or coronary disease is smaller quantity than 100 (optionally less than 70), but that solely applies if you're high risk to inaugurate with. So yes, your LDL is greater than that of a Neolithic hunter-gatherer who eats simply nuts and berries, but for a citizen of a modern society you're doing pretty well. If, however, you *do* enjoy coronary artery disease, peripheral artery disease, diabetes, or a horrifyingly bleak family history for cardiovascular disease, it might be worth adjust your meds to get the LDL a bit lower.
That is a healthy lipid profile. Good going!
People beside low triglycerides are safer from heart disease than others even if their hdl is low and their ldl is high. Mine are 44 (PRAISE GOD!) I would be jump up and down if I were you.
