I freshly started taking a vitamin b complex vitamin 3 days ago, and i be wondering when i shud grain the effects

I have experienced frequent dreaming since the first light of day taking it (I never usually remember my dreams). I was wondering when i will see the other effects of the b vitamins, as I believe I am defiecient. The supplement it Equate Vitamin B-100 complex Time Realease. Dunno, but I wouldn't trust a generic food supplement.
I buy my food supplements at a health-food store.
Wow, that never happens to me. Well, to bring back the effects of the vitamin, I think you enjoy to wait a few weeks, I don`t know 3, for it to actually work.
